The Wine Tailor

Have you ever wanted to find a new, original and fun place to have an adult party? Well, I can tell you from personal experience that the Wine Tailor is that place.

After living in the U.S. for over 40 years, Steve recently gave up his Canadian citizenship and became a U.S. citizen. To celebrate this occasion I decided to throw him a party. We held this event at the Wine Tailor, and it was one of the best parties we have ever had. All of our guests had a great time. It was a low stress evening for me, the hostess, and that is a big plus!

Ken and Angela Lineberger, the owners of the Wine Tailor, open their winery to private parties after hours. We were allowed to bring in all of our own food. We also had live music on the patio that night. The wine tasting bar (right) was open for our guests the entire evening.

Since we didn't start our own batch of wine early enough, we adopted a batch of Canadian Ice Wine. This wine was ready for bottling on the day of the party. The fantastic staff helped us and our guests bottle the wine, cork it and place personalized labels on each bottle. It was a lot of fun! And each guest had a bottle of wine to take home after the party!
